Oversee the operation of the financial institution
Speedy leader with a strong execution capability on sales driven and capably to bring in business to the Company;
Lead the development and implementation of channel sales and customer segment strategy to achieve overall business targets.
Lead a regional team of 20+ employees, responsible for team growth and development, through coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer to ensure high performance outcomes.
Outstanding commercial judgment and critical thinking skills, with a creative approach to problem solving, ability to understand the broad investment objectives
Oversees the daily operational activities, identify best practices to drive operational excellence and achieve customer satisfaction
Ensure a smooth operation of the business that complies with relevant policies and guidelines, procedures and customer requirements
Key person in facilitating the process of regular financial review, risk management, post deal monitoring and conduct returns analysis
Over 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level, preferably from insurance industry
Good academic with degree or professional qualification, holders of FLMI/ ANZIIF/ HKSI / Representative license and having a RO license is beneficial but not a must
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
