Responsibilities:
Lead the team of HR
Manager and supervise all HR services including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, annual salary review & budgeting, etc.
Formulate HR strategies, review and revamp HR policies & procedures and HR system regularly
Act as a Business Partner and work with line managers for HR programs such as bonus scheme, manpower planning and performance appraisal
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 8 years' relevant experiences with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in financial industry
Independent, proactive, self-driven, with friendly and pleasant character
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Manager
